For many years I've dreamt of renovating my 1963 boring all white
bathroom.
Many times I began the process, but for numerous reasons, I was
not satisfied with the chosen contractors and their services. So,
with great frustration I repeatedly abandoned my dream. After receiving
a postcard from
MyHome,
I decided to pursue it one final time. Late May, I walked in to
your beautiful new
showroom
on W. 48th Street and was promptly greeted by Design Consultant
Inna Smertenko. My renovation anxieties seem to instantly disappear.
I realized that I had located, after almost a decade, what I had
been searching for, a full-service knowledgeable company. Your two
brochures
answered all my questions, so I promptly arranged for the
free
in-home consultation. From the very beginning, Inna listened
to me. We met on a few occasions discussing my likes and dislikes
and together we spent many hours choosing each product and best
of all, staying within my budget. Her suggestion of adding an additional
strip of blue
tiles
to the walls was ingenious. It looks fantastic! Inna's enthusiasm
and professionalism are the key reasons why my
bathroom
remodeling has been a painless project. She is constantly aware
of every aspect, e-mailing and calling to check on the progress.
Whenever I have a question, it is always answered within the hour.
At present, my stunning
bathroom
is almost complete. We are just awaiting delivery of the Duravit
wall-mounted
sink and then all the finishing touches will be made. Working
daily with Project Manager Jesse Rabinowitz has also been perfect.
Additional praise goes to Andrew Rooney, who gathered all the endless,
required papers for my building management + co-op board, foreman
Andrew and the very talented jack-of-all-trades Thomas.
Everyone at MyHome has truly made this bathroom renovation a dream
come true.
