We are so happy to have chosen MyHome to
renovate our apartment. Vince Wiscovitch and Johnathan Burrus did an incredible
job.
We are first time home owners and we knew as soon as we saw our apartment that
it was the place for us. We also knew that it needed a decent amount of work.
The kitchen, a classic New York galley kitchen, would not suit us at all and
the rest of the apartment needed paint and other touch ups.
We were recommended to a number of contractors in the city by friends and our
real estate agent. We met with three, including MyHome. One contractor seemed
too showy and more concerned with how he thought the project should took. The
other did not muster any confidence in us that the project would run smoothly.
After seeing Vince Wiscovitch's presentation we knew that MyHome was the company
for us. Because it was our first time doing this kind of renovation, we were
so pleased when Vince told us that MyHome would handle everything from start
to finish. His presentation and the MyHome process is what ultimately drove us
to choose the company. He also was incredibly accurate when giving us a timeline
on when the project should be finished to help us plan OUT Move. In fact, you
all finished a week early!
Vince's dedication and patience during the process is something we will never
forget. We had a vision of what we wanted and with Vince's help during the design
process he really made our dream come true. We also felt that Vince truly cared
about our project and wanted it to be our dream, not his. He went above and beyond
the call of duty by staying late for us at the showroom and even driving us out
to New Jersey to pick out our granite.
John Burrus was equally as dedicated during the process. His patience and composed
demeanor made the process effortless. He kept us in the loop at all times. We
hit a bit of a snag during the renovation and John acted as a true professional
to solve the problem while keeping us calm at the same time. Not only was he
able to orchestrate a complicated renovation, he had a great eye as well. While
iway one weekend, John called to see what kind of molding we wanted, we came
back and it was exactly what I had articulated over the phone!
We are so happy we chose MyHome and
delighted we were able to work with Vince and John. We look forward to using
them in the future and have been referring them and MyHome to
anyone who will listen. A company like yours should be thankful to have two great
employees that represent your brand as a premium full-service renovation and
remodeling company.
