Dear Mayan,
I just wanted to let you know bow pleased I am with the outcome
of my latest project. My bathroom
is beautiful and Sagi Shefer, the Project Manager, deserves the
credit along with the "on sight" person, "B".
(1 don't know his full name but Sagi has it). The workmen were a
pleasure to have in my home. They tried to keep the dirt to a minimum
which you know was so important to me. Every time I had a question,
Sagi responded to my phone calls immediately (as you always did).
To me, customer service is everything and Sagi and B. couldn't have
responded better!
I also would like to mention Anne who furnished me with quality
merchandise. I have another bathroom to do, hopefully next year,
and I would like Sagi and B. to be in charge that one also.
I hope you might have the chance to come by some day and take a
look at the quality work your company did!
