I am writing in connection with the renovation work that has just
been completed at our apartment. We have had three bathrooms
completely renovated and some other work on our kitchen.
We are delighted with the results, especially of the three
bathrooms which involved a tremendous amount of work on the
part of the work crew.
We would particularly like to commend Jesse who kept a watchful
eye on the work in progress and who was always ready to meet with
me if necessary arid to communicate with me by phone. We appreciated
his commitment to the project and his willingness to make changes
of detail as we went along. The work crew under Vassily were excellent.
They work they did was of very high quality and they did their best
to minimize the inconvenience to our daily life. Both my wife and
I felt very comfortable with their presence. We were tremendously
impressed that they even made the journey in to the apartment during
the transit strike so as not to delay the completion of the project.
I should also like to say a word of thanks to Ben who helped us
to select the tiles at the beginning of the project. The results
certainty validate his advice.
