To Whom It May Concern:
Mr. Boyle was a project manager for a renovation project at our
pre-war apartment on the Upper East Side in Manhattan. The project
involved very detailed paint stripping (an extremely laborious
process), re-doing all the floors and restoring them to their original
condition and then staining them to a very particular mix of color
and various other smaller parts.
We are happy to report that we had the most pleasant experience
working with Mr. Boyle. He was available, punctual, precise, responsive,
attentive and delivered on time and on budget. He managed a crew
of various contractors and their subordinates in a very professional
manner and managed them efficiently to deliver good results.
We particularly commend him for not over-stating his ability and
for being realistic in his approach and in his commitments. It
enabled all of us to plan properly and be prepared for ordinarily
unforeseeable events.
