Building Your Dream

Once all of your zoning issues and paperwork are in order we get to work doing whatever preparation is necessary to minimize any inconvenience—this is especially significant for additions or situations where you need to utilize some of your space while we build. While we advize homeowners to make other living arrangements during this period we are also able to work with you to minimize the dust and mess involved when we begin construction on a space. We like to prepare our clients as well for every part of the process and make them aware of all the inconveniences a construction project can create. At this part of the process we see to material delivery and synchronize all of our professionals to be onsite when necessary from our project manager (who will be your personal liason) to your architect. At this point we can also provide you with an interior designer to discuss your final touches while your infrastructure is being built. With our in-house designers at your disposal they are uniquely able to communicate with our entire team to actualize your vision. While it’s a long journey from design to the actual building, this phase offers our clients an exciting chance to see their projects rise from the ground. Once completed and you’re happy with the final results, we offer one final quality control walkthrough to make sure you’re completely satisfied.
