STEP ONE: CONSULTATIONS

Our construction process begins with a single phone call or design center visit and then a free consultation. Much more involved than our kitchen and bath consults, our first consultation will revolve around the complexity of each client’s wants and needs as well as an outline of the budget. We are available to go onsite—in fact—to begin our research and planning. After our initial consultation, our construction experts will go to work finding an architect for your project and begin setting up the conceptual drawings that will one day be actualized by our team.

The next phase of this step is to arrange a meeting between our Construction Consultant, Architect and you to begin carving out a plan to make your project a reality. During this exciting dream phase, our expert contractors and architects use the latest software to enhance their finely honed creative skills to refine our conceptual drawings to about 60 percent accuracy. Whether you want to create French doors or rotate the entryways, this part of our process truly allows you to dream wildly and envision yourself in the home or building that was once just a gleam in your eye.

The consultation phase can take two or three meetings and lasts between two to six hours depending on the complexity of your construction project.
