Located on the Upper West Side, the goal of this complete renovation project
was modernization, detailing, and opening up the space. To achieve
the results our clients wanted, a complete demolition and remodeling
of the kitchen, two bathrooms and a powder room was required. Each
room takes on a different personality, and no detail was overlooked
while recreating and modernizing this family home in the city. In
addition to renovating the kitchen and baths, the flooring was refinished
and interior doors were replaced throughout. New trim around the
doors and baseboards complete the look, and new molding is highlighted
in every room. The beauty is in the details; a final touch was uniform
radiator covers in each bedroom.
