Remodeling of kitchen, bathroom and refinishing of wood flooring. This apartment is a one of kind Pre-War top floor in a walk up building. The kitchen was expanded further into the living space. The cabinets are custom shaker style cherry with several frosted glass wall cabinets. Special custom glass tile were imported from Czechoslovakia to create the backsplash. The bathroom was also expanded and modern finishes were used such as the mosaic glass tile, and European plumbing fixtures.
