This project was a complete renovation of a Pre-War apartment.
It's amazing to see what the original state of the apartment
was before we started (See before shots). Within 6 weeks we
completely turned this apartment around. The project included
skim coating the entire apartment, remodeling two bathrooms
with high-end marble tile, installing marble tile in the entrance
foyer, new doors, new base-boards, crown moldings, remodeling
of the kitchen, creating a custom box for recessed lights
in the living room, painting the entire apartment and refinishing
the floors. If you plan properly, order all the material and
pray for no unforeseen circumstances, a complete renovation
project can actually go smooth and be completed fast. The
key is to make sure that all materials are ordered and delivered
on time. In most cases, the reason for delay is the selection
and ordering process of the materials.
