Many of our clients will only stay in their home or apartment for
2 or 3 years, so there’s no reason to spend too much time or
money. In this renovation we used stock oak cabinets in the kitchen
and glazed ceramic tile in the bathroom to keep the cost down. Refinishing
the existing parquet flooring and painting the entire apartment a
lively cream color completed the renovation of this lovely Manhattan
apartment.
