Execute a Labor Agreement or Design
Retainer – In the event you decide that you would like
to use a different contractor to perform the labor, you can
still use MyHome for your other needs (Designing and Purchasing
Materials). If that’s the case we will collect a design
retainer from you for our services; |

Compile Material Lists and Specify
All Products; |
| 6. |
Confirmation Meeting - Confirm that
all the products selected work within the space prior to ordering; |
| 7. |
Order Materials; |
| 8. |
Walk Through - Final walk through of
the project with the Remodeling Consultant, Project Manager
and you prior to starting construction; |
| 9. |
Construction - The Project Manager
will supervise all phases of the construction and will update
you regularly by phone, email or in person; |
| 10. |
Touch-up List - At the end of the project
there is always a punch list/touch-up list that we will help
you compile; this is your opportunity to ensure the work is
complete to your satisfaction; |
| 11. |
Project Completion and Warranty - Once
you sign off on the project, MyHome’s 5-Year Labor Warranty
will go into effect. Materials are covered individually with
manufacturer’s warranties. |
