To whom it may concern,
Before we bought our apartment we shopped around
at a few remodeling and design shops to help us
with our renovations. We had a rough idea of what
we wanted to do, but we needed help with the design
and details. Of the places we went to, some charged
for measuring and preliminary design place while
others like MyHome did not. We ultimately chose
MyHome because of their high level of customer
service and their integrated design/renovation
package. Moritz Schmidinger, worked with us on
different plans utilizing their terrific software
product that showed the rooms as they would look.
Additionally the combined package gave us comfort
that design plan was practical and doable on our
budget.
Based on our discussions with Mortiz and the design
team, we decided to completely renovate the kitchen
and bathroom and to knockdown a few walls to create
a more open layout. We doubled the size of our
bathroom and created an in-bathroom linen closet.
We increased the size of our kitchen and created
a more modern look with a breakfast bar. We expanded
the entry room to turn it into a room capable
of holding our dining room table. In addition
to these major renovations, the MyHome team also
paid attention to the details such as extending
the crown molding in the expanded dining area,
building A/c sockets near the windows and laying
new floors that matched our existing flooring.
The results were just what we wanted. Jesse Rahinowltz,
our Project Manager was attentive, responsive
and kept us informed throughout the project. The
complete project took approximately 3 months,
about the same time for board approval of the
plans. All in all, we were very pleased with the
overall experience of MyHome and would recommend
their remodeling services.
