Dear Jesse,
We are writing this letter to say how satisfied
we are with the work done by the entire MyHome
team. From our first design meeting to the final
walk through, the entire team did everything that
they could to make sure that our expectations
were met. In fact, at the end of the work, our
expectations were exceeded. Whether it was making
design recommendations, finding just the right
materials, or sorting out issues with vendors,
everyone worked extremely hard until the very
end of the project.
Our designer, Karolina Hrabczak, did an absolutely
outstanding job in helping us put together the
materials list for our kitchen and bathroom. She
came up with combinations that we never would
have thought of and we couldn’t be happier with
how it turned out. We have gotten so many compliments
on how great everything looks.
Our project manager, Jesse Rabinowitz managed
his team well and worked under some very tight
timelines. About a week before we expected to
be substantially complete and ready to move in,
Kate gave birth to our daughter a few weeks earlier
than we had anticipated. We phoned Jesse the next
morning to let him know that we had a change in
plans and that it was really important to us to
be back in the apartment within a few days upon
Kate’s release from the hospital. Jesse coordinated
to have his team out within 48 hours and scheduled
a cleaning service to come in and help get the
house ready for our arrival. While there were
a few items to be completed, the fact that we
could bring our daughter home to our apartment
made a tremendous difference and we owe our ability
to do that to Jesse and his team’s efforts.
