My name is Terrence Cheng and my apartment renovation
at 50 Avenue A was recently completed by your
company, MyHome. In all we had our kitchen and
bathroom totally remodeled and my wife and I couldn't
be more pleased with the results.
We chose MyHome because the presentation of the
company and the ensuring proposal came in a clear,
professional, and expedient manner.Our remodeling
consultant, Milton Kislinger, was courteous and
flexible in working with our proposal. We felt
comfortable with Milton right away. Milton was
also helpful in finding the best materials for
our job at a competitive price, and when we did
have concerns, he consulted Lior Noy who was able
to work with us and bring certain costs into our
range of expectations.
Once the work began in late August, the crew who
did our work, managed bySagi Shefer, was quick
and professional, and also very considerate and
courteous. They addressed all the minor details
that we brought to their attention and showed
real dedication to doing the best job they could.
Of course, with this kind of work, the process
and workflow is not always perfect. But when issues
did arise (regarding missing or incorrect parts,
day-to-day scheduling and communication, or overall
project timeframe), I consulted with Sagi immediately
and at all hours, and each time he took the necessary
actions to address the problems or concerns we
were having. Sagi has a very calm and professional
demeanor, and throughout the process he showed
the utmost respect and courtesy to me and my wife.
I knew I could trust him to work toward our best
interests.
Now that the final touches have been put on our
job and it is one-hundred percent complete, I
can say without hesitation that we are thrilled
and completely satisfied with the work that MyHome
has done for us, and that we would recommend the
company to our friends and family who are considering
renovation work on their homes. Everyone we dealt
with from My Home–from Milton, Sagi, and Lior,
to the many administrative coordinators who called
us to arrange appointments, to the men who did
the very hard work of demolishing and rebuilding
our kitchen and bathroom, to the cleaning crew
that was sent in at the very end--demonstrated
professionalism and courtesy and took responsibility
for their work.
