MyHome is giving away a FREE kitchen remodel to a lucky family in Bergen County this summer – will it be you?

Many residents in our area have a kitchen that is not adequate for their families. Substandard maintenance, safety concerns, and limited space make everyday a challenge. Unable to afford a better kitchen, they feel frustrated and trapped.

MyHome wants to give back to the community that has helped make us so successful. We are providing an extraordinary opportunity for homeowners in good standing to be able to have their dream kitchen.

In order to be considered for a FREE new MyHome Kitchen, your present kitchen must be inadequate, meaning there are concerns about family health and safety, insufficient utility services, and failure to meet property maintenance standards.

To enter the contest you must fill out the information sheet below. Candidates will be selected and interviewed by the MyHome Selection Committee before a finalist is selected on June1st, 2008. A site visit at your home will be required.

QUALIFICATIONS
Candidates for the FREE Kitchen must meet ALL of the following criteria – no exceptions:
1) Reside in the home which you own;
2) Reside in Bergen County, New Jersey;
3) Live with at least two family members in your home;
4) Have a total household income of at least $24,000, but no more than $84,000;
5) Be current on your home mortgage(s) and utilities;
6) Be a good citizen within your community; and
7) Be willing to openly and fully disclose your financial status

TERMS & CONDITIONS

1)	MyHome reserves the exclusive right to decide who wins the FREE MyHome Kitchen.
2)	Each applicant must meet all of the criteria stated.
3)	All applications must be received by May 1st, 2008.
4)	One Winner will be selected on or about June 1st, 2008.
5)	MyHome reserves the right to provide Winner with limited selections of designs and styles of materials to choose from for the FREE MyHome Kitchen.
6)	Total value of the FREE MyHome Kitchen will not exceed $40,000 in labor, materials and appliances.
7)	Winner is liable to pay all applicable federal, state and local taxes.
8)	By participating in the competition, Applicant agrees to be subject to a background check to help determine eligibility.
9)	MyHome will not base its decision on Applicant’s race, gender, age or religion.
10)	MyHome reserves the right to alter the terms and conditions of this competition without notice.
11)	By participating in this competition, any Applicant selected as a Finalist agrees to participate in MyHome’s marketing and Public Relation efforts regarding the competition, including but not limited to the use of such Finalist’s name, photograph and likeness.
