75 East End Avenue Kitchen & Bathroom Renovation

Before the Renovation

This Upper East Side apartment was ready for a comprehensive refresh focused on three of the home’s most important spaces: the kitchen, primary bathroom, and hallway bathroom. The existing kitchen featured dated cabinetry, countertops, flooring, backsplash, and appliances, while both bathrooms required complete fixture and finish upgrades. The renovation also addressed plumbing, electrical, waterproofing, and code-related improvements to create spaces that were better suited to modern living while maintaining a layout that worked well for the apartment.

Final Project Reveal

Following the renovation, the apartment features a bright, contemporary kitchen paired with two beautifully updated bathrooms that blend clean design with long-term functionality. New custom cabinetry, quartz countertops, modern tile selections, upgraded plumbing fixtures, integrated lighting, and carefully coordinated finishes transformed each space into one that feels fresh, refined, and built for everyday use. Behind the finished surfaces, essential plumbing, electrical, waterproofing, and structural preparations ensure the renovation performs as beautifully as it looks.

Complete Kitchen Renovation

The kitchen was completely rebuilt from the ground up while maintaining an efficient footprint. Existing cabinetry, countertops, backsplash, flooring, sink, lighting, and appliances were removed and replaced with a custom kitchen featuring slab-style cabinetry, Cambria Inverness Frost quartz countertops, a new tiled backsplash, porcelain floor tile, integrated under-cabinet lighting, and updated appliances. The design also introduced a dedicated coffee station, extended cabinetry near the refrigerator for improved storage, and new GFCI outlets installed to current NYC building code requirements. Throughout construction, new plumbing branch lines, shut-off valves, waste and vent piping, waterproof flooring, and electrical upgrades were incorporated to support the new kitchen for years to come.

Dual Bathroom Renovation

Both the primary and hallway bathrooms received full renovations with carefully coordinated materials and upgraded infrastructure. The primary bathroom was transformed from a traditional tub layout into a spacious walk-in shower featuring full-height porcelain wall tile, mosaic shower flooring, custom waterproofing, a new shower system, floating-style vanity, and modern fixtures. The hallway bathroom was similarly refreshed with a new bathtub, vanity, lighting, wall and floor tile, waterproofing, recessed storage solutions, and updated plumbing and electrical systems. In both bathrooms, extensive behind-the-wall work included new water supply lines, waste and vent piping, waterproof membranes, GFCI protection, lighting upgrades, and code-compliant installations that ensure lasting performance beyond the visible finishes.
